Timing 

All of our furniture is built from scratch so please allow 6-8 weeks from order to delivery. 

 

White Glove Delivery

We offer top-of-the-line white glove delivery on all of our furniture. We work with hometown services to provide the best, most competitive rates that include recieving, inspecting and delivery of your furniture purchase. We charge a flat fee per item.  

 

Returns

We pride ourselves in superior quality, design, and craftsmanship. Our pieces are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they're in perfect condition before leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt, please immediately inspect your product  and notify us within 24 hours of any damages or areas of concern. 

Please note, if you fail to inspect your item with 24 hours or transport it to a second location you will no longer be eligible for a replacement return. All returns must be kept in their original packaging. Re-stocking and return delivery fees may apply. 

For custom designs and COM fabric orders your sale is final. 

For accessories, please contact us and let us know what you'd like to return. We will then email you the address for shipping and issue your refund shortly after your item is received.  Unless the item is damaged or incorrectly ordered through our design services we do not cover the cost of returns.
